At SK Tax Agency LLC, we strive to provide professional and reliable tax services to all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or services may be canceled.
All service fees quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Payments made for completed or ongoing services are non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.
Clients may cancel their service request by providing written notice or via email to info@sktaxagency.com.
Cancellation requests must received at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation or service commencement to eligible for a refund (if applicable).
If the service has already started, cancellations will not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
Service Not Delivered: If SK Tax Agency fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service without valid reason.
FTA Rejection (if applicable): If a filing or application is rejected due to SK Tax Agency’s error or negligence, a refund or service credit may offered.
Refunds will processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Refunds will issued to the original mode of payment only.
Fees paid for consultations, advisory sessions, and partially completed services are non-refundable.
Government charges, FTA fees, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable.
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation or meeting at least 24 hours in advance without additional charges.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur rescheduling fees.
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
